"Loved it! The bath down the hall was totally fine, always clean and vacant. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
"Loved our stay at the Parker House. Walkable to everything downtown and the north end. Subway is very close which was great when jumping over to Cambridge. Enjoyed ending our evenings at the hotel's bar/lounge, the Last Hurrah and the excellent service from the staff there. Wish it stayed open a bit later though. Only complaints would be that the room was very small and a bit tough to navigate for two, especially the bathroom with the toilet wedged in. But it had everything we need. A full length mirror would have been appreciated. Any real complaints would be directed at other guests who thought nothing to yell down the hall at 7:30 am. We have already said that when we visit Boston next time we will be staying here again."
"There needs to be better signage for the self parking, non-valet parking.
There needs to be more staff members are reception for faster check in and check out.
Other than that, all was well!"
