「Perfect location for our family.」

「This is just the cutest camp close to all the amenities Speculator has to offer! The beds were comfy, great water pressure so nice showers, and the camp was cool with the air conditioning even in the unseasonably warm temperatures the ADK was experiencing the week we were there. The only things on my wish list were a microwave and a little more storage for food (no pantry or empty shelves) and any type of closet for clothes! But these little teeny things would not deter me from renting this home...

「Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, good amenities.」

「This house looks and feels just like the pictures. Nice kitchen and great dinner table for our group. This area of NY is captivating with all the lakes and wilderness for riding a motorcycle and im sure fishing and hiking. When at this house you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Then pull out of the driveway take a left go 500 yes and everything you need. Charlie John's has everything you need at a very reasonable price and the Mrg delivered our groceries to the house because we were...

「The place is nice and cozy. Its ok for travelling, but the price for 1 night is just overrated.」

「Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. We had expected to have dinner there but they were not serving.」

「Super comfy bed. Great room with fan and nice windows. Private clean ensuring wet asked for. One thing I would recommend is to bring cone coffee filters for small Mr. Coffee coffee maker. They provided “sachets” but were brought our own coffee and needed to use make shift filter from napkins. Not a big deal. Very responsive hosts! We’ll definitely be back next summer! And probably stay a full week also!」

「Definitely a no frills motel. No air conditioning, the fan in the room didn't work and no TV. We felt the room rate was pretty hefty for what you get. The pool was unusable and the room was quite small. Tried to get the owner to adjust the rate down considerably the above and he was unwilling to do anything. The room was clean but not a great experience.」

「The place is great. Very clean and well kept. The issue is that the water in both the sink and shower is barely a trickle and always just ice cold. My wife got one shower that was almost a little warm, but the warm water only lasted for a minute. We were there for 3 nights」

「We had a last minute cancellation of a rental house and needed a place close to Gore that allowed pets. This house was great and Irene was very accommodating, making sure we enjoyed our stay. Check in was super smooth, location was close to Gore, with a pet friendly home and surrounding area. 」

「Loved the quietness, even with a couple of bands on the property. It was well organized. The restaurant on the property was great and food was excellent. The room was cozy. Perfect for our needs and could have fit our whole family. I will visit again!」

「The walls are thin, shower very small. The bed was awesome! The atmosphere wàs great.」

「Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. 」

「Friendly hard working people that recently took over the place and are currently working to get it all in order and ready to be fully functional. Was a good value for the price I paid. Couple things I could add are that the water in the shower was warm at best, not hot by any means. Also I slipped and came close to falling because there is no mat in the shower to keep you from slipping.」

「Clean, convenient, and lots of space for the three of us. 」

「打电话给房东，房东不接电话也不回复电话，房间很旧有异味。」
