The property is convenient to the marina although up a steep hill, there are a couple of sets of stairs to the chalets and another rental that drops you off a few yards from the drive. Master bath is very cozy there is not much room between the corner of the vanity and the edge of the shower to get to the toilet, must be thin to……

“Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front……

“This was the perfect get away for our family. Loved every moment spent in this beautiful, clean, peaceful Home. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Excellent views, loved the sunrise over the mountains the reflections shinning on the water with the different colors were calming. The pier was nice to fish off of, we all enjoyed fishing and took out some time grilling out on the balcony/patio. Very nice setup for outdoor enjoyment. Beds were comfortable, Plenty of privacy inside this home.……

“Overall very clean and nice property!! Was below expectations on extra needs. Like dishwasher soap and dish soap. We were told ahead of time there would be only 1 roll of toilet paper and a couple trash bags, but feel for the price these amenities would be better provided. The golf cart was awesome to go back and forth to the dock and hang in the sun! We’d stay here again.”

“Everything was as stated. Movie selection was good since the Wi-Fi was not great. The only glitch was the grill. It wouldn’t start and we couldn’t find a lighter and had to hunt one down. Other than that great time!”

“This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!”

“Many issues stated in previous reviews are unresolved. Smoke alarms are missing, expired fire extinguisher, poor quality cookware, substandard furniture. The bunk bed in the basement is unusable for two people because it is not sturdy. The gas grill caught on fire because of all the residual grease and the grease tray ended up dropping out of the grill due to its poor condition. The property manager offered to bring us a new grill so hopefully the next guests won’t have this issue. Numerous……

“This was a great place for us to stay while attending our grandsons' baseball tournament. The house was exceptionally clean and even though it was in a county park with boat ramp access, it was very quiet. The house is a modular home with very nice, practical furnishings. Our only problem with the furnishings was that there was no king bed in any of the bedrooms but we knew that in advance. The home sits on a rather secluded lot with only a park employee residence nearby. At night there was……
