「This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. 「The little touches were lovely , every flavour of tea you could wish for, the individual packets of biscuits, the towelling robes , fan in room, use of the lovely garden and seating area etc Offer of lift to airport, near to local shops and pubs, very friendly couple would definitely go again and would highly recommend it. 「I had never stayed in such an awful hotel at such a high price, we have to share bathroom, and there is nothing in the bathroom except one roll of tissue paper. We can hear the noise from the next room easily, the carpet is old and dirty. It is very far from the airport and very hard to find. I spent 25 ponds to grab to car to the hotel and spent another 18 to the nearest station in Slought. We want to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but the landlord is unhappy with our early check out,...

「Such a beautiful place! The room was just stunning and very clean. Very spacious with big bathroom and free standing bath which added a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was very good although my pizza was slightly more done than I would have liked but still enjoyable. 30 seconds walk and there is a lovely place to walk down the river and watch the boats. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy some food and a drink. Would definitely stay here again. 」

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
