“古堡式酒店，離倫敦不太遠，祇可惜火車後接駁酒店比較麻需要自己預備車，或安排的士，若是大清早就到就更加需要。酒店内外都非常整潔，員工都非常親切。”

“The breakfast menu was full of choice. The cooked breakfast was nicely cooked. However the tea and coffee was from a machine and the water was not hot enough. The waitress , however boiled a kettle and made a lovely fresh one.”

“The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. We preferred breakfast when it was in the main property the kids were disappointed the pancakes had……
