「Stains on carpets, wholes in furniture and walls. No directions left about check in No WiFi available, stains on washcloths Peers didn’t work in kitchen, we had to take picture down to get to the box to resetJust didn’t seem like the house was cared for at all」

「Lovely place, great outdoor seating areas, and spacious rooms.」

「This is a wonderful little house. It's very clean and well-supplied. It's also set in a quiet location. Communication with the property owner was very easy and quick to respond. I would highly recommend a stay her.」

「The property was located off the main road in a very quiet piece of acreage on a hill. Lots of room for the kids and pets to roam. We would go stay again. It was close to many state parks and Bardstown distilleries. The Arboretum at Bernheim was fabulous!」

「it was convenient to the Distillery we wanted to visit, it was clean, the sheets were soft the towels were lush, kitchen stocked, snack baskets was a nice touch. However the steps leading upstairs are steep queen bed upstairs wasn't comfortable .」

「The house was clean and decorated nice inside. The hot tub was enjoyable and relaxing. The property maintenance was poor. The pictures of the yard were not accurate. The grass was overgrown, weeds everywhere and very dirty outside. We were very disappointed with the lack of care outside. You take a sidewalk to the back of the house to get in, which was fine, but w cleaner sidewalk would be beneficial. Overall the stay was just ok. For the cost, we were not impressed for what we got. 」

「Conveniently located near the airport, University, and horse track. We were in town for a baseball tournament and Tim accommodated an early check in for us due to a last minute change in our game schedule. Tim was also excellent with communication. The house is clean, has good internet, A/C, water pressure, and the kitchen is well equipped. Street parking is a little tight but we always had room for two vehicles in front of the house. This house is a great option at the price.」

「House was clean and in a good area, host was easy to communicate with. House was slightly mold smelling.」

「This place was incredible! So fun for littles! There were so many thoughtful details! They thought of everything at this place and we can’t wait to come back. Could not recommend this place enough for singles or families!」

「Beautiful property in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Great for couples as well as families. Very clean accommodations with tons of amenities. We stayed in the Wizard room which had serious Middle Earth vibes throughout. Property owners were regularly on site and very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Bonuses; chickens on site provided fresh eggs, in room coffee, tea and hot cocoa service, extra large community hot tub, fire pit with swings around it, fitness room, charcoal...

「It was absolutely beautiful and such a wonderful place for a little get away! We will definitely we back!」

「This was the third time we’ve stayed at this property. We love the feeling of being in the woods while being close to the grocery, drugstore, restaurants, etc. The house has two gathering spaces- one quite large overlooking the woods and creek. We will book again.」
