「As a travel agent I like to do a lot of research before choosing a hotel. When I found this hotel there weren’t many reviews, but they were all five stars. I see why. From the moment we arrived the staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was perfect. Carmen, our hostess, made sure we had everything we needed. 「Residence zelzar is perfect if you want to experience amalfi coast with less tourists. The town is very cute with lots of ceramic shops and excellent food. The room was well equipped and clean and the management communication was excellent. We had a wonderful time here. Very high up on the hill but easy to drive down with a car or catch the bus. Don’t underestimate the cafe bar royal where we had a free coffee and croissant every morning! Excellent pastries and very friendly. 」

「Es war nett, das Personal, nun in der Umgebung war sehr wenig leider, Aber einfach die Natur zu genießen!」

「It is far away from the beach and city center(over 20mins by walk). If you have luggage, you must take the local bus to arrive this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel, especial during October to April. You can find the same price hotel but just right on the beach. Please pay attention, don't put any private stuff in the refrigerator. Otherwise you will get punishment to pay 1.5 euro when you checkout.Ridiculous!!」

「Stuff was very nice and responsive. Very nice place and its next to a public pool. The views are just stunning!」

「There were no signs to the hotel which made it difficult to find in its remote location. The sign was to a resturant with a different name. No air conditioning or fan. The receptionist left at night and locked us in the hotel. The promised breakfast did not appear so left at 8.30 through the fire escape. Very disapointing.」
