「Ruime suite, goede douche en ruim opgezet. Vriendelijk personeel. Vooral de twee dames, Simona en ......, die mij op weg hielpen (ik was er beroepshalve ivm een seminar) waren de beste! Het eten in het restaurant was een riant gesorteerd buffet in een grote zaal. Ze hebben er veel groepen en bussen vol toeristen. Da's niet zo mijn ding maar het eten smaakte uitstekend. Idem voor met ontbijt.」

「Camera veramente Super: elegante, comoda e con piacevoli cortesie per gli ospiti a disposizione. Personale gentilissimo con cui chiacchierare e a cui poter chiedere qualsiasi cosa. Ottima per la posizione vicina al centro ed alla stazione e sopratutto con una colazione da far invidia ai re !!! Bravissimi !!! Grazie di tutto quello che mi avete fatto trovare soprattutto umanamente. 」

「Stanza confortevole di un hotel non recentissimo. Personale cortese ed educato Posizione dell'hotel davvero interessante a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Finale Ligure. Unica vera pecca, come tutti gli hotel della zona, parcheggio limitato/carente che costringe gli ospiti ad appoggiarsi a quelli comunali in zona. Voto 4 meritatissimo 」

「Nota positiva:il personale, gentilissimo, competente, disponibile,cordiale, si fanno in quattro per accontentare il cliente. Ma la struttura andrebbe un po' "svecchiata". arredamento camera extra minimal, tutto bianco che faceva quasi ospedale. Diciamo che qualche accessorio avrebbe dato alla camera un aspetto più....."caldo". Pavimento anni '60come probabilmente tutta la struttura, che alla reception appare bello, con i fiori, degli archi, carino, ma poi andando avanti ed entrando in stanza va...

Stayed in the annex building, which was very cosy and secure. Breakfast was amazing every morning and great variety - enjoyed getting to have breakfast outside. 「The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I identified a small issue with our room and they were prompt in their response and very courteous. They made us feel welcomed on arrival and were very friendly and helpful during our three night stay. The hotel is nicely located near the sea and near great restaurants and shopping. 」

「Die Zimmer sind zwar alt, aber nicht ranzig, sondern sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel ist zwar hellhörig, aber da die Betten super waren, haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es gibt im Innenhof viele kostenlose Parkplätze und das Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr lecker - Rührei gibt es frisch auf Nachfrage. Die Lage ist perfekt - nah an der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants」
