「Nice room and beautiful premise」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Everyone and everything at Albergo Cappello was exceptional !!! The morning breakfast receptionist was one of the most genuine persons we have met in over 20 years of travel. I wish I knew her name because she personally made us feel welcome every morning. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious in every way, the wait staff was wonderful as was the afternoon/evening reception. We will remember this stay for many years. Thank you❤️」

「We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor garden area for sitting with a drink at night. I had a travel party of grandmother/mom/grandson and we all loved the experience! Would highly recommend.」

「Hotel was more than we expected. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was right in the middle of the beach area and the included breakfast was awesome! There are a ton of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The beach is right across the street! And as my kids can attest to, the best waves in Ravenna are right in front of the hotel.
