「Chambre avec vue sur jardin bien calme et tres agreable. Toute équipée et bien propre. La maison manque un peu d'insonorisation mais les hôtes n'etaient pas bruyants. Le gite est tres bien situé pour une visite a pied de la vieille ville. Un bon repos. Juste a indiquer que les serviettes n'ont pas besoin d'être changées au quotidien si l'on ne le demande pas. Notice ou regles interieur a mettre dans la chambre pour rappel. 」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「It is a nice place close to the train station. They offer breakfast. I recommend you to agree with them the time of arrival. We did not as we read they have a bar in the same building but when we arrived the lady in the bar had to phone the one in charge of the keys and the B&B who was supposed to be in 2 minutes, but it took almost 10. We were offered a coffee or drink (we were not told if we had to pay for that or not this is why we did not accept it as this is not normal in a...
