“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“This accommodation is not as described. The description promises in- room amenities such as full size fridge freezer, dining room and kitchen. My room had none of these, only a TV, wardrobe and some storage space in addition to a few scattered chairs. There was a very small mini fridge which was inadequate to hold more than maybe six bottles It is dishonest to promise amenities that are not provided in the room, as people will no doubt plan their stay around them.
