「The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. 「Gallery Guest House is one of the most unique properties I've stayed in. The decor is exactly as shown in the photos, with a quirky vintage style that gives the place a lot of character. The room contains two large beds—a king and what appeared to be a queen—making it a great option for up to four people. The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Bologna's historic downtown. There's also a park and a supermarket within about five minutes, which is handy if you need supplies....

「The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

"It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well.
