“Struttura ideale soprattutto per famiglie, appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario, posizionata in una via silenziosa e tranquilla a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia convenzionata e dal centro città con negozi e ristoranti.. è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo e torneremo sicuramente.. mare di sperlonga sempre stupendo!! ”

“The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible ”

“Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy.”

“The house and its location are simply indescribable. It definitely makes up for the long daily drive to and from Sperlonga. We were here for sport climbing and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view high above the town and the sea. The walks around the house were very relaxing. The house is very well equipped and with the new heating it is very comfortable even in winter. The only thing that would be desirable is a larger cooking pot for preparing meals for six people and the……

“This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!”

“The stay at the house was very pleasant. The host was very friendly. The house is very nice and it is surrounded by a nice garden with a pool. It is a good location to visit the nearby cities of Sperlonga, Gaeta and Itri. Even a day trip to Neapel and the Vesuv region is possible.”

“Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag.”

“Non ci aspettavamo più di tanto da questo hotel, siamo arrivati pensando che ci saremmo dovuti accontentare, invece sono stati quattro giorni indimenticabili, complice la meraviglia di Gaeta che ci circondava, il mare che ci ha fatto compagnia col rumore delle sue onde, il personale dell'hotel incredibilmente professionale.
