「The staff at Phaea Blue and the location are what made our trip so pleasurable. The resort feels like a village on the hillside. The area is quiet and the village of Plaka is close by and walkable. We ate their each night and the food in Plaka is superb! We booked a Luxury Bungalow with pool and sea view which was delightful and lovely after a hot day on the beach. Will return.」

「What a beautiful place. Our room was well appointedl with all amenities, including a hot tub on the porch. The staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. From the hotel it's a short walk to restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.」

「Emplacement exceptionnel et villa bien conçue avec une jolie piscine. L’accueil est charmant (comme souvent en Crète) et assez réactif pour résoudre les petits problèmes qui peuvent arriver. Un point à noter : trop peu de vaisselle (5 couteaux et fourchettes impose de faire la vaisselle tout le temps !)」

「Absolutely amazing hotel and staff - very calm and quiet atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only one tiny annoyance was there were often kids running around and jumping in the pool making noise etc. - we believe this used to be adults only as we’re sure it was when we booked? - it’s a shame as somewhere so small and with such aspirations of honeymoon destination really should be adults only in order to get the complete tranquil experience. 」
