「Our family enjoyed our time at this cute studio. The views were incredible and the proximity to the trail along the lake was wonderful. It was also close to restaurants for a quick bite to eat. We did bring most of our food this trip, so the kitchenette was perfect and the convection oven was great for making breakfast both mornings of our stay. Overall this was a great place; plenty of space for our family of 4. 」

「The room was modern, clean and we felt safe in the area. The room is on the smaller side, but the bathroom was sizeable and it was nice having a mini "kitchenette" portion with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery if needed. It was super convenient to have the door right next to the parking spaces, so we were easily able to walk in/ out of the room and to our car without many steps.The entry is a keypad format, which was convenient for us to not have to carry keys/ a card key.The property manager...

「I come to CdA often as a single traveller and when I do I'm always outdoors doing things (biking, fishing, golfing etc). I just need a simple place to stay that is clean and has A/C. This place is perfect for that. The only downside is it is a little bit of a walk to the livelier part of Sherman Ave. It's about 20-25min walk so not overly cumbersome. Other than that it is perfect if all you need is a clean room with comfortable bed and A/C for a reasonable price. I would stay here again」

「We enjoyed our stay. Very new and clean unit. I gave it a 5 star but it was more like 4.5. The room needs a dining table and chairs and also some counter chairs that are the right height. The appliances are brand new but the refrigerator had not yet been plumbed for water so the ice maker did not work. Very convenient location and just a straight shot to downtown CDA. Also food trucks right next door and Jimmy’s Down the Street just a few blocks away.」
