「The shower did not work pillows were stained bed ehhh. We will probably stay somewhere else next time. 」

「We were pleasantly surprised. Seems to have been recently renovated. Nice people and a good spot to stop, right off the highway. There is a diner next door and a casino. I do wish however that they didn’t place a couple of guys with a noisy dog right next to us when there were several empty rooms. Shower pressure was great! I would have appreciated a bit more substantial towels however. 」

「Things looked really rundown, and there were no towels available because the pool towels weren’t being taken out of the rooms. Rooms weren’t being cleaned properly a lot more expensive than we thought since we thought we were getting the breakfast included it was not.」

「The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish 」

「Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs」

「We stayed there last year as well. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy the breakfast to start our day.」

「The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.」
