「It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop.
