"Authentic! Amazing balcony with view of the busy street below- super fun! Next door to the water taxi so super convenient! We loved our stay here. The front desk employees are sweet as sugar 💜 We will stay there again!"

"We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement. The pool, beach and zipline are all worthwhile experiences. The hotel staff will help you reserve excursions as well. The resort is sprawling and getting around can be somewhat of an ordeal unless you reserve your own golf cart."

"This was a gorgeous little hideaway in the middle of town. I was fortunate enough to have the ground floor room with my own secret garden patio, totally secured and had a hammock and patio table/chairs. Bed was comfortable, and had 4 total different customizable pillows (some huge and fluffy small and firm) exactly what I needed to get comfortable! The bathroom was well appointed with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap towels! Always important the wifi was very strong! The affiliate restaurant is about 300 meters down the street towards town (Buena Vista) and it was so great I ended up eating all my meals there, not just the included breakfast!"

"We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. While the ocean isn’t suitable for swimming, being outside of town was actually one of our favorite parts. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves from our oceanfront room, and the wildlife right outside our door made the experience even more memorable. We saw sloths, monkeys, lizards, and a variety of beautiful birds throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We visited during rainy season, so the property was peaceful and relaxing. The food was excellent, with beautiful presentation, and the staff was always attentive and eager to make sure we had a great experience. A few team members who really made our stay special were: * Choy (Manager): Exceptionally kind and welcoming. He truly helped make the resort feel special. * Katie (Kitchen): Always friendly, smiling, and a pleasure to see. * Fernando (Groundskeeper): Constantly hard at work with a smile on his face, keeping the property looking absolutely beautiful. One suggestion I have is one regarding the bathroom door. It uses shutter-style panels rather than a sealed door, which allows the cool air from the A/C to escape into the bathroom. Sealing this off would help the room stay cooler and improve efficiency. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place with outstanding staff that made our visit truly memorable."
