"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

I also had to buy our own hand soap, soap for shower, coffee, tea, and toilet paper. I asked for a complimentary cleaning and they only picked up trash, they did not replace the towels. "

After an hour of struggle and a patient Uber, we use a security guards hotspot to connect to VRBO and call the host. Finally get the actual buildings name. Upon arrival, the building security has us check in then they need to call the owners to verify. Host didn’t communicate with building security about hosting so they had no knowledge.Gas on the...
