“The location is great and the bed is comfy. Getting in touch with a real person upon check-in was difficult and communication was inconsistent, unhelpful and robotic. We wanted to know if the tap water was drinkable, and the janitor onsite said “no” while the host told us “yes” hours later. They offer to provide airport transfers, stating that their rates are the best and cheapest option, however Ubers are less than half the price. The auto-response robot couldn’t read our replies and often……

“After renting the entire property with the confirmation that it would be just my family in the house and on the 2 acre grounds- The owner omitted that she lives at the property with her five dogs, that are inside and outside dogs. No security for your stuff once in the house, no locks on the bedroom doors. Owner had invited over a dozen of her personal friends to celebrate the New Year- she had done this without our knowledge. She then sublet the guest cottage while we were still renting the……
