Paul and Laura are the absolute best hosts. They provided lots of great recommendations and were so helpful to us when one of our group members needed to go to the hospital. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful! Very modern and clean and located in a great area. You could walk to the waterfront in 5-10 minutes! It was also next door to a pharmacy and grocery store which was very convenient. There are a nice few stairs to get up to the door but Paul helped us carry our bags up which was great. The stairs were very doable when coming and going. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! I will definitely be back:)

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was close to EVERYTHING in the old town of Split. We were able to walk to the Riva and the Palace as well as the Ferry and any restaurant we wanted. The check-in and check-out process was easy and fast and the apartment we stayed in was super clean and comfortable. The beds and couches were very comfortable to sleep on. And the AC worked well, so that was AMAZING! This was a great place to stay together as a family of 6. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great. The one we stayed in up 4 or 5 flights of stairs which was a lot with luggage and we did not know that in advance . It was a bit tricky to find but with the photos sent we found it ok. The only thing I was disappointed in is that we could not store our luggage until check-in anywhere for free. They did send us to a place that would store our luggage but it would have cost us sixty euros (it was for all day but we really only needed 2 hours). It was probably a 10 minute walk from most of the city sites but we were fine with that. They did set up transportation to the airport for us for fifty euros at 4:30 am which was great.

Beautiful and modern

Very clean and modern. Nicely setup with kitchen for a couple to make meals and have some extra space. Excellent location close to attractions and bus/ train/ ferry. Host was vey fast at responding to questions and made check-in super smooth. Highly recommend!

THIS WAS THE BEST APARTMENT IN CROATIA. -Available : laundry machine, lots of cooking equipments, strong AC, and very beautiful room interior designs. Man… I wish my room was looking like this…the room was so beautiful. - others: no elevators but it’s just ca few floors up so no worries

This property is excellent but I would make one recommendation which is to have an active address on google maps. 3 other properties have either the same name or similar names and they have an active google map address unlike this property. It took me over an hour to find and with a large suitcase was not fun. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Exactly what I needed

Like most buildings in the Split old town area, the outside was not great and the main hall & stair need a good cleaning. However, once inside the room, everything was fresh, updated, and sparkling clean. I rented the small room without any outdoor spaces or eating area. For one night, that was all I needed. There was a nice big refrigerator, a very comfortable bed with optional extra blankets and a desk area. The caretaker was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is only about a block and a half away from the palace walls, so walking to the tourist area was easy. I'd stay here again.

There was no card payment in the accommodation. Only cash and also allowed PayPal but since PayPal barged service fee from them I had to pay extra money because of that. Alo there is additional cleaning fee 50€ and it is actually written but when I booked it wasn’t so clearly visible. Also the constriction work in the street starts early in the morning and around 6 in the morning there is construction noise in the bedroom

Our stay didn't happen! After several pleasant conversations with the owner prior to our stay...... I got a text when I arrived in Amsterdam on our way to Split, I was told that my unit was not available. Laura texted me on WhatsApp that "I need to inform you that you have been relocated to another apartment unfortunately the one you booked is not available" When I called her from the airport in Amsterdam, I found out that the other unit was not equivalent to what I had booked, and I explained that it was unacceptable for our needs based on the number of people we had...she said there was nothing she could do and offered me a free breakfast..... I didn't want a free breakfast I wanted the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms I had paid for. She also said to me on the phone that she had to leave and was in a hurry..... So, I had to find new accommodations that cost me twice as much because we are a family of 5 and needed two hotel rooms. In all fairness, I demanded a full refund and I got it. However, the stress of finding out your apartment is not available when you are en route and you have to find last minute accommodations that were twice the expense, is unacceptable.

Lovely room with nice furnishings. Excellent location in the old town. Breakfast at the Hotel Marul across from the apartments was lovely. Hosts are really friendly and accommodating.
