It's located on the 3rd floor of the residential building.

Bedroom is on the gallery and has a comfortable double bed.

Living room has a cozy sofa bed sleeping one person and smart LED TV with cable channels.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, iron and ironing board, clean bedclothes, big soft towels & more are included free of charge.

Baby cot can be provided for free, please contact in advance.

This is a smoke-free apartment.

Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for pets.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment.

There are no shared areas in or around the house.

As apartment is located in the center of Split the parking place is not provided, but you can find free parking in the street, or nearby streets usually within just few minutes of walking.

Paid parking is just 200m away.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located in the center of Split, three minutes walking to the Split seafront, right near the famous Diocletian's Palace, which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world.

Neighbourhood is quiet and all windows in the apartment are new with solid sound isolation.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 15 minutes walking.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is within two minutes walking.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 10 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.



**** Directions to the house:

Just go straight to the end of the street "Domovinskog rata" which is the main street when you enter Split.

When you no longer can go straight turn left on the traffic light and then right on the next traffic light.

Then go into second street left (first street is one-side drive in another direction and cannot be entered by car) and then first street left again.

After about 100m you will see the house from the right side of the street.
