We had a wonderful stay at the Jupiter Heritage Hotel in Split. The location could not be better—it’s right inside Diocletian’s Palace, so everything from the cathedral and Peristyle to the Riva promenade is just steps away. It made exploring Split so easy and saved a lot of time and transportation costs.

Location is excellent in pedestrian only city center. Shops, cafes, and excellent restaurants all nearby. If need to park a car it’s a little tricky but hotel staff were very helpful with how to do it.

Staff were very friendly and was so nice we could leave our luggage in the lobby area all day after check out as we had a late flight. Location is very central. Only ding was that our room in pictures looked like it had a balcony area and we didn’t.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Directly within old town but with that comes a bit more banter outside of your window. Staff was great and included breakfast buffet was even better! Highly recommend. Parking is just outside the old town walls (8 mins walk) but requires an advance reservation with the hotel. We were a bit early on in the season over Easter break so shopping was not all open yet but restaurants were.

Just stayed 3 nights here with a friend. Standard room is small, but has what you need. Breakfast is good. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the bell tower. It rings starting at 6 AM weekdays, 7 AM on Saturday and 7:30 AM on Sunday. I don’t remember reading about this in reviews. If you stay anywhere near the palace, you’ll be up early.

We found this hotel to be in very poor condition. Everything was broken- no air conditioning, no safe, lights hanging off the wall in the bathroom, towel heater, coffee maker, the toilet paper roll kept falling off the wall, the iron I requested was covered in black. The staff contacted management about the air conditioning but no one ever came to fix it. Take your chances elsewhere, this one is a fail.

The property was literally in the HEART of the Diocletian palace. If you’re looking for a stay surrounded by culture, beauty, and great food, this is it! Having said that, you’re staying in a very old building surrounded by busy tourism. The air conditioning wasn’t optimum but was comfortable enough. It is very difficult to get your luggage to the property so call the staff to help you if you need.

The staff was so incredible. The parking situation was a bit challenging ( to say the least) for us but the most beautiful girl Dreams quickly rectified my parking woes and got the trip off to a great start!!!

Estuvimos con mi hija durante 5 noches, el hotel es muy bonito, la habitación que nos tocó era preciosa, el personal muy amable. El desayuno razonable. La ubicación inmejorable!! Cerca de absolutamente todo, la estación de buses a 7 minutos caminando , el puerto donde salen los ferries a 10 minutos caminando y muy fácil de encontrar. Para nosotras no fué un problema, pero para personas con movilidad reducida no es apropiado ya que en hay escaleras dentro del propio hotel, aún teniendo ascensor cuando sales de él tienes que subir escaleras para acceder a la habitación. La cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas. Lo que si tengo que comentar, que podrían mejorar la limpieza del la habitación, ya que las toallas si las cambiaron cada día, pero no han barrido o pasado aspiradora en el suelo ni un sòlo día.
