Comfortable 62 m²/667.36 ft² two-bedroom apartment, spacious living room with a balcony overlooking the park, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room area and two bathrooms. Apartment Rita can accommodate up to 4 lucky travelers and it is ideal for families, couples, group of friends, furry friends and business persons.

With the supermarket just around the corner, as well as 24/7 pharmacy, hospital, 24/7 petrol station and bars and restaurants. ENTER AT YOUR HEALTH'S RISK :-(

THE APARTMENT STINKS OF CIGARETTE/CIGAR SMOKE. THEY SAID THEY HAD PEOPLE THERE FOR THE NEW YEAR WHO HAD SMOKED. BUT IT WAS MORE THAN ONE DAY OR ONE NIGHT OF SMOKING. THE ENTIRE PLACE, BOTH BEDROOMS, SMELLED FOUL FROM SMOKING. IT MUST BE FROM ACCUMULATED MONTHS OF ONGOING SMOKING. IT IS IN THE FURNITURE, CARPET, WALLS, DRAPES, CURTAINS. IT WAS VERY UNHEALTHY. I AM 79, AND NEVER HAVE SMOKED. I WAS SICK AND SICKENED. THE PLACE CAN'T BE REPRESENTED AS NO SMOKING: FOR SMOKING IS GOING ON IN EVERY ROOM, INCLUDING THE TWO BEDROOMS. IT IS FOUL.
