Our stay at Villa Roza
It’s a nicely remodeled historical building, modern amenities. Plenty of space for family of 8 people. Great location, 7-10 min. walk to city center. The downside of this place are: there’s a lot of mosquitoes in the area, they got into bedrooms and main house. There’s a nice pool, just be careful with sharp edges on the steps outside & inside the pool. The main house has 4 levels, it’s challenging to move suitcases up & down thru narrow spiral staircases.
The owner is pleasant & very helpful about giving us info about the city & location of stores, restaurants and tourist sites. It was a pleasant time & great 3 day stay in Split.
