The bathroom floor was dirty when I arrived. There was hair on the floor and dirt on it. I cleaned it up myself instead of calling the staff because I arrived at 1 am. Other than that it was fine!

Quality Inn Oakwood
TV was hard to operate. Good bed. Good shower. Gels are hard to use. Parking was good and breakfast was satisfactory.(free)

Kitchenette with no accessories. Property and rooms very rundown. Breakfast very limited.

Ruby River Hotel Downtown Spokane
Room was clean. Bed mattress was on an oversized metal frame that was not secured so the mattress slid. No grab bars or shelf in the shower. Shower floor was very slippery.
