“I will definitely be returning to this hotel, it is marked as a 3 star, but honestly you will feel as though you’re in a 4 star hotel. Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). Thanks team collectively you did an awesome job!”

“The hotel is part of Importanne Resort, easily accessed by Bus Line 6 (final stop). Stayed a balcony room with panoramic sea view on Floor 5, which affords a very good view of the sea without being blinded by the sun. Tour groups also use this hotel and these passengers would take their breakfast very early in the morning. Their movement and noise may be the only negative point I can think of. Otherwise I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with peaceful surroundings and frequent bus……

“The rooms are clean, modern and quiet. There are steep stairs, but staff will carry your bags up and down for you. The location and is outstanding — you’re steps from everything! If you’re flying in to Dubrovnik, let the guesthouse arrange the airport transfer — they’ll meet the car at the gate to the city (the Old Town is pedestrian-only) and carry your bags from the gate to the guesthouse. Staff will make breakfast to order for you in the morning. I would definitely stay here, again!”

“We really enjoyed our time at this villa over 4 nights. Close to everything in Dubrovnik. Amazing city. As others have said it is noisy outside at night from the bars. With the windows shut and aircon on we slept really well. We would stay here again as so convenient. ”
