“You all have such a beautiful home! The group was beyond thrilled that we are able to stay at such a gorgeous place and we all agreed that the pictures advertised on VRBO does not do the house justice. It’s a beautiful home and the room layout was perfect. Furthermore, Daniel was such a wonderful host. He was so responsive with everything and really did accommodate to our groups’ needs on the fly. “This was our 4th trip to Lake Anna. We enjoyed our stay at the Whistling Terrapin. The outdoor entertainment area was great, and our dogs loved being able to play in the fenced in yard. We made large family meals in the kitchen and ate in the dining room. Beds were comfortable. Our host Martin was very responsive! Thank you”

“Everything was great except for one problem.... Do not stay in any of the cottages near cottage number 6.... There is an owner there who does not have control of their dogs I could not sleep most of the week that I was there her dogs would not shut up!!!!”

“The trip overall was fantastic! We had a wonderful time. This house was the perfect fit for our large family. The house was clean and we had no major hiccups.The hot tub started to have a funny smell after the first day or so. If there is any self-help procedure on this, it might be good to leave some instructions. In any case, it was still usable and a very nice treat for this time of year.Would definitely come back if the opportunity arises.”
