“This was the perfect place for 2 families during a week long spring break trip. We had 4 teenage girls and 2 sets of parents. The accommodations were above and beyond. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for all. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the essentials and then some. We had a problem with the elevator upon arrival and needed it as we had a teenager with a torn ACL. The host was so sweet and very quick to send help and the elevator was up and going. “My husband and I spent two weeks at this charming rental. The location was just perfect! It was an easy walk to the pier village with all of the shops and restaurants and a quick drive to other local attractions. The backyard was beautiful with landscaped grounds, hot tub and plenty of seating. We also enjoyed time spent on the front porch with a porch swing and rockers. “Generally speaking my wife and I had a comfortable stay but some pics of the exterior property must be old, it is kind of overgrown in the front and dead leaves were everywhere until a landscaping guy came, but he blew leaves all over our car and bikes that were on the front porch. Also, the entry keypad is not backlit so it is extremely hard to use. The only other things we thought were a bit off were that the dryer did not work very well at all, and the bathroom tub has moldy black caulking……

“Cute and clean space. Perfect for a couple. A little crowded with 4, but enough sleeping space. There’s a pull out couch on each side of the fireplace and a king bed in bedroom. Located close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Owners respond quickly. We had a really great stay.”

“Location is so close to beach! Clean with a large living room area. Kitchen is large and great for cooking!! Loved the big window that opens to pool. Hot tub and pool were amazing for a big crowd. Our only issue was hot tub and pool were cold for two days even though we paid for heat. Great vacation!”
