“This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. A great location in a beautiful neighborhood directly across from the train station that takes you into Philadelphia. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. We were very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this property to others.”

It would have been nice to have an actual emergency number as well as better functioning blinds n the bedroom but overall good place to stay.”

“This is a delightful old farmhouse with two large modern bathrooms upstairs and half bath down. The house is full of nooks and crannies and 4 bedrooms. The staircase is steep and narrow but fine for our 70 year old party of 4. The back patio is lovely with a shade awning and plenty of seating for a larger party. Front porch also a good place to relax. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. Beds were all very comfortable (I’m picky) and the AC worked well.(I dislike being warm.) Allison……

“I’m giving this property 1 star due to the host’s lack of communication. I can’t comment on the cleanliness or amenities because I never ended up staying there.Check-in was scheduled for after 4 PM, but I never received check-in instructions. I sent multiple messages, left a voicemail, emailed the host, and contacted Vrbo support. After spending over 20 minutes with Vrbo and waiting several more hours, I still had no response from the host.At 10 PM, six hours after check-in began and only after……

“Apartment was centrally located to the train into Philadelphia and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The check-in was very easy with very good communication. Additionally the apartment comes with a designated garage since on street parking is harder after 8 am. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A nice place to return to after touring the city.”
