"All went well. There was a cockroach in the bathroom when we were leaving. We told them at the front desk and they seemed very concerned & said they would get it taken care of."

"The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. "

We spent hours trying to see if we could get it back to no avail. She lives in KC and was hoping to drive back and get it."
