Great location and Property

Enjoyed our stay . Residence and location were excellent for visiting family and friends. Our only comment is it would be beneficial if switches for lights and fans could be labelled.

Great house for family visits.

Huge house! Our 2nd stay. Great for visiting our family who have kids. We swim, BBQ, hang out together or the kids have a big family room separate from living room.we love it. Everything is there for you. Great house.

It looked just like what you see online 🙂 A lovely home. The pool was wonderful (crystal clear). We'd love to go back. It's close to everything you'd need, yet in a beautiful development. We're very happy we chose Patrick's home for our visit.🤗🤗🤗

Awesome home with a beautiful pool area!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and close to everything. The kitchen was very well stocked with tons of pots and pans and all the gadgets we needed! Having the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house was nice for privacy. The pool and pool area were AWESOME!!! The water temp was perfect! We were able to enjoy it everyday. Communication with Patrick the manager was great. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing your Florida home with us!

we were told that the house was rented out to someone else for two weeks after we had traveled to Atlanta Ga from Columbus Oh. we then had problem's with the hotel that was set up for us. As we showed us and spent 2 hrs trying to figure out why we had to pay for them after I was told they were taken care of. my trip has costed me alot more than we had planned due to the changes.

Great Home Away from Home

This house is conveniently located. The neighborhood is quiet, but in 5-15 minutes you can be at Walmart, Publix, fast food establishments, and hiking/biking trails. This trip we began exploring Crews Lake Wilderness Park. What a beautiful, peaceful place. This is the second time my group has stayed here. The house is clean and well-stocked. There is plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are on either side of the house, so there is plenty of privacy and the common spaces are large. The pool area is peaceful. The furniture is comfortable, the pool clean and refreshing. You can sit quietly and watch the birds and squirrels playing. Patrick answers your questions in a timely manner, and his handy man, Guy, who lives close by, is very responsive to any problems or questions that you may have. The reason for my trips has come to an end. If it had not, I would have planned to return to Patrick's home for each subsequent visit. I have rented homes from VRBO for the last 15 years, quite a few in the Florida area. If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable home, I would strongly recommend this one.

We enjoyed our stay here. Came to the area to visit my mom. The house was well appointed, very clean, and the pool was great. There were pool floats to use and plenty of chairs to sit on. Check in and out were easy, the wi-fi worked great, plenty of room. There was a lot of space. It was perfect for us.

This is our second time staying at this house. When we are traveling to Florida we always see if this is available first. Quiet neighborhood and the house is clean and well stocked for your stay.

Nice place with good location, but needs updating.

We were overall pleased with this house. Nice heated pool, and good, safe location. The home is large, clean, and in good shape. Our only issues was with the number of items that were not working and needed to be replaced. The microwave, the dishwasher and the washing machine were non-functioning. The ice maker, the electric kettle and every clock in the house were not working. The guest tub had large rust spots. When we contacted the property manager and the owner, we were told that they would be replaced AFTER our visit. This will be a good rental property once they make some updates/repairs.Overall, we were looking for a house in which to enjoy Sunny Florida, and this fit the bill. I just had to do more chores by hand then I wanted to.

Clean property

The property was very clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. It was advertised as a “ heated” pool. My idea of a heated pool is warmer water than if there was no heater. There was a solar cover over the pool. I would not classify this as heated. Maybe revise the description. Also, I thought there would be an extra roll of toilet paper and an extra roll of paper towel. Maybe I was expecting too much? Anyway, I would recommend this property and I would stay again. The area has shopping and restaurants. We felt comfortable. The owner was very nice and answered quickly. Thank you.

Will definitely return!!

Overall this property was a perfect choice. Listing is as indicated. Contact and response from owner and property manager was amazing. The only suggestion we might offer is to have some table linens available. Pool was beautiful!! All in all this was an excellent experience

Spacious comfy pool home

Beautiful pool, lanai, and big private backyard. Nice big home with comfy beds, pillows, and comforters. Wonderful appliances, fully stocked kitchen. Living room with large reclining sectional is super comfy. Nice neighborhood convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The house needs updating as shown in pics, but it didn't bother us one bit. Unfortunately, you don’t have access to the garage which makes unloading luggage and groceries a little inconvenient and hot.

Christmas with the kids

Our daughter and son-in-law live in Spring Hill about 2 miles away from this property. This was our year to visit them for Christmas. This beautiful property was the perfect location for our visit. It is located close enough for day trips to see manatees and the ocean. We had a lovely walk in the Weekiwachee Nature Preserve. The heated pool was amazing for us Michiganders enjoying the Florida winter. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. We had one small glitch in the beginning that the property manager was able to assist with very promptly. He even dropped by to show us exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again if it's available.

Nice villa but needs TLC

This is a nice property but showing age in places and needs some TLC Some white goods need replacing. The villa is large and the pool is of good standard and not overlooked. We found several essential items missing including hairdryer, ironing board, pool towels, clothes airer. More china and glassware are needed. We found that a sheet in one bedroom had a large tear in it. After the first week we changed the sheets in the master bedroom to find that there were bad stains on the mattress protector and mattress. A cleaner was called and she promised to return with a new mattress protector and to clean the mattress. We expected that she would return immediately but it took her 24 hours to return. We had difficulty contacting the owner for the first few days and we thought he was ignoring us but he had covid. We went out and bought pool towels, sheets to replace the ripped one and an ironing board as the local guy said he had never seen an ironing board in the property. When the owner recovered he arranged for a new ironing board cover for the board which was locked in the garage which we did not have access to. The cleaning company eventually replaced the torn sheet so we had to return the items we had bought. The local guy did not know the phone number of the cleaning company. On our return from dinner on the last night we saw a large cockroach on the kitchen worktop. We found all these difficulties very stressful
