    Sleeps six in beds.

    Relax and enjoy our wonderful Vacation Pool Home conveniently located on Florida's Gulf Coast with many restaurants, stores, and amenities, only a few minutes away.

    Our 2400+ sq. ft. home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The master bedroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The master bedroom overlooks the pool area via double sliding glass doors. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms include a queen-size bed with a matching dresser and spacious walk-in closet. This home sleeps six (6) comfortably.

    Our home also features a large spacious main living room, a second living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that overlooks the private pool. The main living room overlooks the pool area via triple sliding glass doors. While lounging on the lanai by the heated pool, you will find sun loungers, a seating area for eating, and a gas grill for your comfort and convenience.

    Our Florida's Gulf Coast Region, also known as the Nature Coast features many local attractions a short drive away. Just to name a few are Weeki Wachee Springs (home of the Mermaids), Buccaneer Bay Water Park, Manatees at Homosassa Springs, and Pine Island Beach, all within approximately 10-15 minutes where you are sure to capture a wonderful sunset or a great day at the beach.

    If you would like to venture further from Spring Hill you may be interested in attractions such as Disney World or Universal Studios in Orlando, Busch Gardens in Tampa, the beautiful white sands at Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and the famous Sam’s Hudson Beach Restaurant. Sam's is a fantastic location for watching a beautiful sunset set to live music and good food. Sam's has been an icon since the 1980s.

    We rent weekly, monthly, and long-term.

Patrick's place was everything we needed. So much room to spread out and enjoy. I went on daily morning walks around the neighborhood, and my mom and daughters loved the pool. It was the perfect location for visiting family in the Brooksville/Spring Hill area. I would absolutely book again if/when we ever need a house here in the future!

Anyone wanting a relaxing vacation this is the place. Close enough to lots of things to do if you want or just hang around the perfect swimming pool. The house is clean and spacious, neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is exactly as pictured you won't be disappointed.

Loved this house! We stayed here for a month and did not want to leave! This house has everything you need and the pool area is huge! We spent all our time by the pool and enjoyed swimming in the heated pool! We were disappointed to learn that it is already booked for next year but am not surprised. We enjoyed our stay here. Came to the area to visit my mom. The house was well appointed, very clean, and the pool was great. There were pool floats to use and plenty of chairs to sit on. We really like this property. It is clean and spacious and has everything we need for our family of 5. We love the pool and the patio and we have plenty of space to spread out when we need to. The host is very good and responsive to requests.
