  • 4 tiered deck and dock, large screened area with refrigerator& freezer, living and dining area. Deep water canal & large waterfront dock for kayaking, fishing & swimming. Also a large firepit area. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small screened in porch.
    Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are an absolute delight for teenagers and older. It has a separate entrance from the exterior. You must go outside and upstairs to access main house from downstairs bedroom. Connected to the 4th bedroom is the ground floor screened in porch area. Plenty of dining area and a sitting area. Full size refrigerator and medium size freezer. Perfect area to dine, play games , and relax. Or enjoy drinks around the boat bar while the burgers are on the grill!
    Enjoy giant Connect 4 and a sand volleyball court. Water fountain & lights go on nightly. Manatees, fish, and turtles are in the canal!

Amazing place to stay for a family reunion. We had 9 people (5 adults, 4 kids under 10) stay and everyone had more than enough space. We hosted game nights & cookouts with additional family members local to the area under the screened-in area under the house and on the dock - everyone was very impressed with the home.

The accommodations were amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was perfect - plenty of outdoor furniture to relax, 2 spacious sunrooms to eat and relax, a lot of attention to detail that made our stay wonderful.

This was the perfect house for our two families. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We will definitely rent this again during our next visit!! And manatees hanging out by the fountain was an added bonus!

We loved this house and would absolutely come back. Appreciated the little things - nicer linens, comfy beds, charging cords. Wish weather was better for us to enjoy the outdoors because the dock area behind this house is such a great space. Host was very responsive to any issue.

Great location close to the springs and beach. House had everything to keep you plenty occupied though. Will definitely be back!

Overall, this is an excellent home for the 10 people we had. The bunk room downstairs is perfect for kids with a screened in eating area, a shower and the laundry with full size washer/dryer. It is roomy enough to not feel crowded. We all sat in the living room to watch movies at night. It is close to Weeki Watchee State Park (a must) and grocery stores and restaurants. A couple beaches a close as well. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, towels. The outside area is outstanding. Don't have to touch anything, all of it starts on a timer. Witnessed a dolphin swimming in our canal! The host was immediate answering all questions. This is our 2nd time in a row staying at this home
