Trip to the Fin and Tonic

Absolutely loved our time spent at the Fin and Tonic. House was adorable, clean and well stocked. Owner responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. Can't wait to come back!!

River retreat

We really enjoyed our short stay. The property is tidy and inviting. We saw Manatees, otters, and even a dolphin, all from the dock. Check in and out was easy. It was a great getaway. My 17 and 18 year old daughters loved it.

Paradise on the river

We absolutely love are trips to the river. Our hosts have gone out of their way to make sure they think of every detail. We had everything we needed. After a long day on the river, this is a great place to hang with the family. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. This was the third time we have stayed at this property!

Perfect weekend Getaway

I brought my grandson and two friends, all age 14, for the weekend. We had a great time. They stayed occupied out back with the dock, kayaks, paddles boards, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Love the rope swing!

My kids had so much fun swimming off the dock and using the rope swing :-) the kayaks were great even though some of them had damaged handles and were difficult to load. I would definitely recommend this property for some fun and low maintenance fun :-)

Manatee dreams

My son and I traveled from WV to see the manatees. Everything was safe and secure. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Convenient water access. We found the manatees in no time! We also saw an otter and a manatee right off the back dock. Awesome property to enjoy!

Great location

We saw tons of Manatees!! We were outside a lot so we really enjoyed the fire pit and we absolutely loved kayaking and paddle boarding!! We paddled a short distance to hospital hole and fished right off the back yard. Such a relaxing getaway. The walls are not very sound proof and you can easily hear conversations even with the doors closed… just an FYI. Not a big deal for us as we spent most of our time outside. Thank you so much for letting us stay in you home!!

Cute House

This house is adorable and a great location. It has all the water toys a family could want. (Unfortunately it was too cold to use them when we were there.) Owner Tyson did a great job remodeling after the hurricane. It even had shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower, which was great, but I couldn't get the shampoo and conditioner to work. Only reason i gave it 4 stars.

Thanksgiving 2023

Great place, well equipped with everything you need. Felt like home away from home. We saw manatees, odder, turtle and caught plenty of mangrove snapper for fun. Clean and quiet.

Great Cottage on the River

This property is situated just a 2 minute paddle from Roger's Park and the Upper Deck Restaurant. The cottage was spacious, well furnished, and the outdoor space was fantastic. The whole family had a blast jumping off the dock, using the rope swing, and of course paddling the river in the provided kayaks and conoe. I definitely recommend the Fin and Tonic property if you are planning a trip to Weeki Wachee Springs, FL.

Weeki Wachee Fun

Excellent location! It was just a short paddle out of the canal to hit the river! We had so much fun using the amenities at this rental…the kayaks and the rope swing were a plus. We spotted some manatees in the canal. There were a lot of other things for use. We had such a great time as a family. Tyson was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great spot

We had a wonderful time. The house is cute and provided all that we needed. Great location! Our favorite part was the rope swing. So nice having kayaks and paddle boards. The only thing I wish was there was a launch pad got them…we made it work but it was difficult. Tyler was great! Quick responses and great communication! I would definitely recommend!

Amazing Cottage

We loved everything about this cottage on the Weeki Wachee River! We made great use of everything that was offered such as puzzles, games, kayaks, SUP, bikes, paddleboat, fishing, and rope swing. We visited Hospital Hole and Rogers Park. We rented a boat and went up to the crystal clear waters. During that time we saw 8 manatees and 2 dolphins. Love, love, love! We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again!

Great time!

We stayed a month and had a wonderful time kayaking, golfing and walking in the Weeki Watchee Preserve. Saw probably 20+ manatees right from our chairs many spending lots of time right there feeding. Property was older but clean and well kept with everything we needed or wanted. Appliances were newer and worked well. We cook in a lot but there are lots of fun local restaurants very close by without having to go out to Hwy 19. Owner communicated well too. We would come back.

Girls Weekend Get-away

Fin & Tonic was the perfect peaceful retreat we were looking for. We only left the house once to go visit the Weeki Wachee Mermaids. Everything we needed was there and then some. It’s a beautiful home right on the river. We saw dolphins right off the dock every morning enjoying our coffee and manatees at dusk. It was our own little slice of paradise. The decor in the home was awesome and we seemed to discover something new every day. I thought the check out list for guests was minimal in comparison to other places we’ve stayed and really made it easy and less stressful to be out by our checkout time. There is so much to do and so many ‘toys’ provided you certainly won’t get bored here. Thanks for having us, already planning another trip with some friends in the future.

Great Stay!!

Check in was super easy, we had a little troubles getting in the door- I called Tyson and he answered immediately! I’m not great with technology, so it wasn’t his fault :) The house was very nice, very comfortable, did find some poker chips in the couch from previous vacationers (we were missing some of the kids’ socks; that’s how we knew lol) not a huge deal, but something notable. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, sheets were nice, towels were fluffy. They had body wash, soap and conditioner in the showers too. I can’t say if they were good or bad though, as we had our own to use. We used the canoe, and one of the kayaks. The water ways were fantastic!! We took the kids out daily. We saw tons of manatees, turtles, fish. We stopped out closer to the gulf and was able to beach ourselves so the kids could play in the water and look for seashells. The neighborhoods was nice, quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We did have some furnace issues (turned out to be the thermostat) but Tyson was VERY responsive, very quick to get someone over to repair it. I was very impressed with how he handled it. Obviously the situation was out of his control- stuff breaks- and he was on it. Over all, we would stay at one of Tyson’s rentals again!! You can tell he cares about the tenants and cares about the home. It was a great vacation and we are so happy we found this place!

Weekend trip family of four

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and It was our first time visiting Weeki wachee Springs.The property was exactly as described and hosts were easy to get in contact with. Property was very close to the local marina and also have to add, that the property is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. Definitely a vacation home that we look forward to staying at again in the near future.
