「Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place.」

「The staff was not friendly. It was very hot in the hotel/hallways. Almost as if they didn’t have any AC. It was miserable. That made us skip breakfast. The trash cans were full in the hallways so it smelled really bad after you walked off the elevator. The AC in the room worked, however, it kept going on and off and was never on constantly which is very annoying. The room was clean but had a bad smell. The beds squeaked every time you moved. 「I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! Gage in the restaurant and Danielle at the front desk were exceptionally great! The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.」

You can be downtown within minutes, and there are restaurants, stores, and businesses all around, so even if you don’t have a car, you can easily walk somewhere to eat or pick up what you need. 「The covers were stained not wash you can tell. Pool was down for maintenance. Place smell like smoke not tobacco. Spacious but covers needs to be clean better or buy new sheets or bleach.」

「I booked handicap room and they gave me a room with a bathtub I was unable to take a shower at all. Our bedding had to be completely changed including the duvet cover due to questionable stains, had to ask front desk several times to send housekeeping. Only 1 elevator was working. The breakfast quality was poor, many items were not offered. We wore socks the entire time we were in the room and the soles were dirty.」
