Great family home!

We had a very nice stay with family this weekend. The house was clean and comfortable for extended family to visit and explore a bit of Spring Lake. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy together at the large dining table. The sectional and bar table behind was perfect for watching TV and chatting. We hope to be able to stay again when we come to town to visit family.

Wonderful house with plenty of room (5 bedrooms with one on first floor for Grandmother!). Convenient to the venue and the beach! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Gathering

We had a great time during our stay with grandparents, children, grandchildren and sister all coming together to visit an aging mom. The living space was welcoming and comfortable for all the different ages. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the amenities needed to enjoy meals together at the large dining table. The yard and water - birds, ducks, swans - was fun to watch and welcome an early spring. We lucked out with the weather so took the 1 mile walk to the beach and also to Divine Park. We are looking forward to coming back again to enjoy the Spring Lake area and visit with family.

Fantastic, clean picture perfect stay in spring lake

We came with 4 couples and this house was perfect. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen, and plenty of room. Very functional.

Labor Day weekend family getaway

We had such a great time and this beautiful, clean, spacious home with excellent proximity to beach, boardwalk, shops and other beach towns. We loved everything about the house and location. We will rent again!

Family Weekend

We came down to Spring Lake to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday in one of our favorite places. This house worked out great for our extended family of 7 - Plenty of space for everyone and the house was well-appointed for comfort and convenience. We loved being able to ride our bikes to the beach, the lake, downtown, and our favorite ice cream shop! The house overlooks a pond, and we all enjoyed the front porch and picnic table to take in the serene views at the end of the day. Overall it was a great stay and we would be happy to return in the future!

Fun sisters weekend

Great house. We had a wonderful time and would definitely use this house again if in the area. Improvements could be additional furnishings as there are not bureaus in all of the bedrooms. Perhaps a strategically placed full length mirror as well. Also, listing advises hair dryer(s) on premises but we couldn’t locate. That being said nothing wrong that would keep us from a return visit.

Wedding weekend

My daughter was getting married in Pt. Pleasant and we needed a base of operations near the hotels where her guests were staying in Spring Lake. The house fit our needs perfectly. Master on the ground floor for my elderly parents and 4 bedrooms upstairs for the rest of my family. We had hair and makeup done for the bridesmaids the morning of the wedding and there was plenty of seating and tables. Upstairs master was bright and clean and a great place for photographer to take pictures of her getting ready. Only hitch was the location- it was lovely but I didn't realize that it was on a small pebble road and hard for the trolley to pick the girls up and of course it was raining but he tried to get as close as possible and we made due. House was very clean and well stocked. Weather was very variable that weekend and A/C and heat both worked very well as well as lovely gas fireplace. Excellent experience!

Disappointing rental - not a luxury experience

The home is as pictured. A new build with simple furnishings. But the service was beyond disappointing and the house is not outfitted as a luxury rental. There were so few dishes and silverware that we had a late arrival guest bring dishes for home! No beach chairs. No beach towels. Only 4 badges for the beach on our first day, we noted that the dishwasher was not working. The owner came several days later and declared it working. It never worked. This home is Not worth the price at all!!!!
