「Well designed living area. Property was small. Discovered son was living in pool house which was only 10 feet from pool with a large picture window. Original rental indicated the pool house was included. It was not very private since he had to go through property to get to pool house. This is a duplex with only a bathroom separating units. Bathroom was unlocked when we arrived and someone had just taken a shower there. It was later locked. All in all, not very private.」
