“It was very charming with a great concept. However, lodging details were a bit misleading as far as communal bathrooms were concerned. It was quite loud throughout the night with continuous train traffic and being able to hear everything in adjacent room. Was difficult to sleep. The staff we did meet were very friendly and it was clean. We enjoyed our free beverage on the patio at check in. We were disappointed that there was no food left but yogurt and apples in the morning, long before……

“There was someone else's food in the fridge when we checked into our room. The restaurant they endorse made both my son and I severely sick.”

“I would rate my room itself as a 7/10. Some issues in the bathroom but appeared clean overall. Housekeeping was parked in the hall blocking room at 7 pm at night? The main problem was my room was on the back side of the hotel and a major street which led to the Interstate was right there! Sounded like drag racing every half hour between cars and motorcycles racing to beat the light or just accelerating to race each other. It was ALL NIGHT! Chairs in the dining area were so dirty after……

“We were there for a ski race which necessitated early mornings. Thus, the breakfast not opening until 7 am on the weekends required additional planning as we had planned on breakfast being available.”

“Working at hospital, nearby to hospital, and restaurants. Quiet, restful. Love the cappuccino machine in the breakfast area. Can’t comment on the food, was never awake to eat.”

“I booked & paid for this hotel weeks in advance and reserved a room with two queen beds and when arrived they said they overbooked and gave us a room with a king bed with couch that had a pull out mattress. The pull out mattress was uncomfortable and our teenage daughter didn't sleep on it so we all had to sleep in the king bed which was the purpose of having two beds reserved. The whole point of making a reservation for a room and paying in advance is to make sure you get the room your……

“Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub could have been hotter. Our room got way too hot and air conditioner was not working, the lady at the front dest diligently got us a new room at 10pm and was so kind about it! We greatly appreciated her kind efforts! ”

“From the moment we walked in the hotel, we were stunned by its beauty. The beautiful staircase that wraps around to the upper level is a dream. The bar and restaurant area is very well put together and moody and beautiful. It offers an all-around comfortable vibe. The pool also seemed to be a good swimming option although we did not take advantage of it while we were there. When we first got to our room we ran into some issues with our TV not working and the maintenance staff was on it right……
