"It’s in the Bronx. Besides that, very clean, quiet, and modern. Despite the Bronx, there is a very modern and well stocked grocery store across the street from it."

"The room was filthy, cig burns in my sheet in a non smoking room. Dirt marks in sheets, pillows, towels. The condition was horrible, very noisy. If I could rate 0/5 or 10 I would. Never again"

"The room was clean. The property is beautiful. The buildings are in need of maintenance. Our balcony was in poor condition. Construction noise from within the King Mansion went on throughout our stay, starting one morning prior to 7:00 a.m and another morning at 8:00 a.m."
