This home offers Saltwater pool and Spa. Saltwater pools and Spa produce softer-feeling water; breathtaking views from its location high in the hills overlooking Rancho San Diego. In the backyard you can enjoy the sunrise from the private pool or deck or practice your putting on our putting green.
The House is a mid-century modern home perched above the City. It's great for groups seeking easy access to San Diego's highlights (15 to 20 minutes to Beaches, Sea World, and Downtown)
The space
This amazingly remodeled home is both family and group friendly. It sits high a hilltop and offers stunning views from its backyard. Every square foot of space inside and outside the home has been carefully designed with the guests in mind.
The private backyard saltwater pool is newly remodeled and includes LED lights and a heated spa from which you can enjoy amazing views of the mountains. Saltwater pools and Spa produce softer-feeling water.
Other backyard activities include our putting green, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor kitchen. The grill sits on a deck with plenty of outdoor furniture.
There is also a fire pit on the deck in the backyard. Both the BBQ grill and fire pit use natural gas so you don't have to worry about changing out propane tanks or running out of gas.
The interior of the home contains a newly remodeled kitchen with all new high-end appliances and a large dining table. The living room has plush couches, an 86 inch flat screen Smart TV, and an Atari arcade. Two more of the bedrooms could also be found with large flat screen Smart TV's. The two stylish bathrooms could easily be mistaken for those seen in resorts and spas.

The hot tub and Pool are accessible anytime of day.
The pool or spa can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The temperature for the heated pool would be 80 degrees F and the temperature for the spa would be 100 degrees F if an additional fee were paid.
Other things to note
No smoking will be allowed inside the house (there will be a fine if there is the smell of smoke found inside the house of $350)
Two cars can be securely parked inside the garage. An additional 3 cars can be parked in the driveway.
The pool or spa can be heated upon request for an additional fee.
24 hours advance is needed to heat up pool as it takes a long time to heat up the big pool. The spa only takes about an hour to heat up.
Please don't touch the pool equipment. The pool guy stops by every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon for cleaning and maintenance.
