“It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!”

“We have loved this stay. It has been said and repeated, location is unbeatable as the traffic to enter the park can be really heavy, even in the so-called low season. But on top of that, the appartment is comfy, spatious, well maintained and kitchen decently equipped. The host has been super responsive when we had little issue with an appliance, which got fixed almost immediately. “We loved that it was so peaceful and quiet. Also hidden back from the street, tucked behind lilac bushes. Everything was so cozy and homey. We have never stayed at an Air B and B (VRBO) before. “If you are looking for a nice place to stay while in the Zion area, this is obviously an option. The hosts make sure you have all you need and provide a spacious, clean basement apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The extra sofa bed in the living space is very comfortable, so if you need it, you can count on it for a good night's rest! The complete kitchen has it all, even peanut butter in the cupboard! Great Wi-Fi and parking too. The only thing missing for a long stay is a laundry……

“We loved and enjoyed the entire place, very comfortable, great layout, great amenities, great kitchen and bathrooms, great communication with Stephanie. The only issue was the couches - they are obviously very old and unfortunately they smell old. Nothing personal but I avoided sitting on them. ”

“What a find! We could not have been happier! This property is very well appointed and very well thought out. It is beautiful, quiet, convenient, and has the sweetest private courtyard. Just two things: the handles on the shower doors are reversed and the toilet paper roll was put on backwards! 😉 We loved every minute!!!”
