The house was decorated nicely and added to the feel of being at the lake and on vacation. The layout was nice with three separate bedrooms and an open kitchen/living space to congregate and hang out in the evenings. The deck had beautiful views of the lake and was nice to sit out on to drink morning coffee or watch the sun go down. We did not use the fire pit, but the space was very nice, and if it were cooler outside, we would definitely have enjoyed it!

We had a lovely Thanksgiving Holiday staying in this beautiful property that has the most stunning view of Beaver Lake. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the state of the art kitchen was the BEST! Peaceful Retreat

Perfect place to host a family Easter dinner with Razorbacks up from campus. The deck overlooking the lake was a stunning, serene, quiet place to watch the fishermen and eat dinner. Beautifully decorated home made us feel fully at home. Thank you for hosting!

Great secluded getaway

We enjoyed the view and cozy, private atmosphere with all the amenities. The only thing we had issues with was check in as we didn’t receive an email ahead from them with details for keypad code, WiFi password. There was no notebook with instructions at the facility. Thankfully, the host was able to answer those questions right away. The 2nd queen bed appeared to have been either slept in, or forgotten as we found it unmade.

First time to Akansas

We actually picked this house before we knew where we wanted spend time in Arkansas. As we drove to the home we wondered what we got into, the houses we noticed while getting to the property were run down and clutter. But when came around the corner and first saw our house we were very excited. It looks brand new with lovely landscaping and the view of the lake and houses across the lake are fabulous. Walking into the house again it's brand new. We spent alot of time at the house cooking meals, watching March Madness. We played cards and did puzzles. We liked to set on the deck. One of my favorite parts is the huge bathroom in the master bedroom. Our only issue was the thermostat, it is programed and has a mind of its own. Haha. But we could turn up and down as we needed until it would go down to 62. Haha. Totally satisfied and highly recommend this house and this company.
