Welcome to Lakeview Haven, a uniquely shaped A-frame cabin that rests on a gorgeous hillside overlooking Beaver Lake and War Eagle Cove. Nestled amongst the trees, this cabin feels private and romantic, but with easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, or Fayetteville. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around deck where you can view abundant wildlife. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find perfect beach access to launch kayaks and paddle boards.

If you bring your own boat, there is a boat launch 5 minutes away at both Granny Hollow and War Eagle Marina.

Lovely little cabin- clean & comfortable. Quick communication with the host. Took the kids for a few days and enjoyed lots of nearby hiking trails. Will be back!

The host was very responsive. The rental did have a Jacuzzi tub (the listing said it had a hot tub so we brought bathing suits), but it was very small and we ran out of hot water before it was full. So it was tepid at best. We also found some pills/medication on the living room floor when we arrived, which was not a real problem as we just threw them away, but would have been a problem if we had our children with us potentially. I’d expect better due to the fact that there is an 89 cleaning fee associated with the rental. All in all, it was a GORGEOUS view off the deck and the leaves were falling at the time we were there and went from a partial view to nearly a panoramic view of the lake in the time we were there!!

We could not have ask for a better place. The only thing was that GPS had us going in circles, initially. We finally rebooted our gos and found it. We went a little early so we could check out our location. Once we found it, it was easy getting in and out of area. It definitely would be hard finding the first time in the dark. We will definitely cone back, and we might also like to try the Planetarium house next door! Thank you for the lovely time!

Nice secluded location, keep in mind at the end, gravel rough road. nice games on hand, we had 3 nights - only supplied 1 and about half roll of toilet paper, we were grateful we bought more. dishwasher is extremely loud-glad we were leaving. Nice coffee/creamers etc provided. the deck was nice/not the property owners fault but at 100 degrees outside, by 8a.m. difficult to enjoy the deck, right in the sun. All in all nice location, secluded.

Mother Daughter Trip

Wanted to take my girls on a road trip with hiking, swimming and sightseeing. Lakeview Haven was perfect for the beginning of our trip. The house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Natalie was very responsive and friendly. We loved waking up with our coffee and watching the sunset from the deck. Highly recommend this house! :)

Seamless experience, beautiful property!

We loved our stay at this A-Frame on Beaver Lake! The host was very responsive and had great communication with us before, during and after our trip. The property is absolutely stunning, private and magical. We enjoyed restful nights in, beautiful sunsets while grilling on the fabulous deck and only a short drive from many hot spots like Fayetteville & Eureka Springs. We felt we got a great value and would absolutely recommend this host and this stay.

Nice little clean scenic cabin. Definitely a nice little get away. Far enough from town, but not too far. Our family went to a big college game and it was nice place to lay our heads after a big day of tailgates and football. Will probably stay longer next time to enjoy the lake. 5⭐️
