Great Experience

Wonderful stay in Springdale! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt very homey. The location was safe and the host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I have zero complaints!! Would definitely stay here again!

Arkansas Baseball

We came up for a midweek Arkansas Razorback baseball game and needed a place that could accommodate our needs. The Groves Cottage just did that. A beautiful home in the historic district of Springdale that was both comfortable and very well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

The best rental ever👏👏👏

The property was absolutely perfect! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends. Everything was exceptionally clean and well stocked! The rental was very spacious with nice gathering spaces for a small group. It is close to the updated downtown. Very very nice stay!!

Great location to downtown and park

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It is on a quiet street a short walk to downtown Springdales restaurants and bars. Great location.

Lovely historic home

We loved this beautiful cottage. It was so tastefully decorated and the owners thought of everything. Not only was it such a lovely home but the easy walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and even viewed the Christmas parade! This is a very special home and our family made precious memories here!

Beautiful restoration!

Grove Cottage was a delight. All amenities were provided and thoughtful. The cottage has been restored and is very comfortable and clean. The location worked well for our trip and I highly recommend. The giant magnolia tree on property was amazing!

Weekend getaway

Arrived later in the evening and was a bit concerned about the neighborhood. Sunlight and a late bruch revealed a beautiful revitalized downtown area just blocks away. Would stay again if given the opportunity

Beautiful Home!

The Grove Cottage is so beautiful, and stocked with everything you’d need. Such elevated details that make your stay feel so relaxing and cozy. We’ve stayed at many properties before, and this one is by far the most beautiful. The interior details really make a difference. It’s also super close to downtown, which made a short walk to dinner & drinks delightful. I would highly recommend this property.

Close to Razorback Greenway

We were looking for a property close to the trail. We were a few blocks off the trail which was perfect. Property is cutely decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was there.

Charming cottage provided fun get away!

Mom and two daughters enjoyed this charming cottage on a girls couple days get away! The cottage is well-appointed and provided comfy space and amenities! We found ourselves saying, "we just want to enjoy the cottage" instead of always going shopping! :)

Cozy and comfortable

We had a wedding in the Springdale area. The cottage was a wonderful retreat to relax between visits with friends and family. Amenities like the washer/dryer/ironing board were very convenient. This property was centrally located in an up and coming area.

Love at First Sight

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at The Grove Cottage. I love old historic homes and this one did not disappoint. We were visiting Springdale from Houston to do some furniture shopping at James & James. We loved being able to walk over the downtown shops and restaurants in just a few quick minutes. Also, we highly recommend a visit over to Eureka Springs. Cool town! Had a wonderful stay in Springdale and at The Grove Cottage!

Quaint and Peaceful

The cottage is as advertised. Stocked with all the comforts of home and inside is larger than it appears in the pictures. Just as cute, though. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time making breakfast each morning and sitting in the courtyard in the evening. Easy walk to downtown and quick drive to several restaurants and areas of interest. Had a great trip and will definitely come again!

Comfort & Convenience

My little family of (4) + one of my nieces stayed at this property to be close to my parents, who live locally, as we celebrated my father’s birthday & spent a few days hanging out. House is VERY cool & sits in an interesting neighborhood. We were very comfortable & enjoyed proximity to groceries, restaurants, ARVEST ballpark & took an easy day trip to Branson. Would recommend this property if staying in NWA. Will most likely stay here again in future.

A House with Soul

The Grove Cottage was just what I was looking for! The house is unique and a nice place to be. I was visiting my family, who like to watch a lot of HGTV, and I was able to give them a tour, as if I was a house-show host, because it's that clean and cute. I'll be renting this place again the next time I'm in town. The owners seem laid-back but helpful. They responded in a timely manner with any questions I had. Thank you for a great stay!

Charming, comfortable and clean

I was traveling with coworkers and we found the cottage to be perfect for your trip to Springdale. We loved the historic home and also appreciated its modern comforts. Walking the neighborhood in the evening and seeing fireflies was a treat for us West Coast folks. The online check-in process asked that I submit more personal information than I am accustomed to or comfortable with. However, I was told it was required. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.
