“This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was flawless and our stay was an absolute 10/10 from top to bottom. Keep in mind this property does have stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms, but the double railings made it a breeze for my elderly parents. “The place was nice and is clean. I knew it was a downstairs of a house. The owner does have a dog that barks from time to time in the evening and you can hear people above, but was not too much to handle. Overall was a nice place in a nice town.”

“There are steps down to this convenient, functional apartment that functioned as the hub for our 2 day stay. Just a few minutes walk to the nearby Cushman market and cafe for essential sustenance. Lee is a great host and quick to field any questions.”

“Clean quiet mother in law type unit attached to the main dwelling. The hosts were friendly and attentive to any needs, of which there were very few. Fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, butter, English muffins and bagels. Also beer and some juice. Fresh fruit on the table. We had a wonderful stay.”
