“This is a good listing for someone on a business trip. It feels a lot like a leasing office with a bed in it. No closet, no where to put your clothes, no kitchen table just a working desk and chair, no iron or ironing board (which was listed but no where in the listing), the property manager isn’t very responsive. BUT the property is very pretty, the bathroom was very nice, the bed was firm but very comfortable, the listing was clean, the neighborhood is gorgeous and well located. And for the……

“Our host, Laura York, made our stay very enjoyable, and any little problem that came up, she took care of very quickly. We had convenient, laundry, facilities, and our location easily took us to everything we needed, including places to eat, and places to shop. The accommodations were very comfortable and warm, and we had adequate extra provisions, like complementary toiletries, and laundry soaps to get us going on our nearly monthlong stay. That was really appreciated, and I’m sure anyone……

“A nice, cozy apartment in the middle of all our activities. Host provided some snacks and coffee, which we enjoyed. His was very receptive to questions and concerns. I would only suggest stocking the kitchen a little bit more. Otherwise, perfect stay for us.”

“The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash,one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in……

“The room was very clean and comfortable; everything in great order and it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure. Thanks for the great stay.”
