“Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again.”

“I had a very nice comfortable 4-day stay in the apartment I got there it was very clean very nice like the layout very pet friendly my dog enjoyed himself there it was nice location centrally located to places I wanted to go to I would recommend this to other people”

“I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area”

“Absolutely perfect VRBO! This property is in a very safe, nice area. The unit we rented is fantastic… you lack for nothing. The host is incredible… he even worked with us about check out time to help make our last day work out so much better! I am going to be in the area again in November and I plan on booking this unit again it is so nice .
