“The property owner came to meet us and was very sweet. We stay here everytime we fly out from Eugene because it is easy access and it is so close to the airport, about 6 minutes away and no traffic. Very clean and tastefully decorated.”

“I am so lucky to have found Carole's cottage. It is a gem in West Eugene. The cottage is well appointed with a comfortable bed and stocked kitchen. It is in a cute neighborhood with a few restaurants and parks. Carole was such an accommodating host and helped make my trip so special. I was solo parent traveling with my baby, and Carole was able to provide a crib and high chair, allowing me to pack more efficiently. Carole was quick to respond to my questions and requests, and it was a pleasure……

“This cute studio is PERFECT for a couple. One queen size bed. The layout is great. Location is ideal. There's shopping, food and entertainment in CLOSE proximity, but doesn't feel like you're in a congested business district. The host thought of everything - INCLUDING the high ceiling cabinets (we're short: 5'4 and 5'5) so there was even a folding step stool provided! The care was in the details. Would like to stay again. I'd give it a 10 if I could. Only thing I'd forewarn, if you drive……

“We were very happy with our stay at this cute little duplex that is just a couple of blocks from University of Oregon. The kitchen is small, but works great. There is no dining area or table. Just some small pull-up tables that work really well. It was nice to be able to stream our favorite tv shows and movies on the smart tv. Both bedrooms have queen beds that are very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the heating is two small wall heaters. When we got there the heat was off and the……

“My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!”

“I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!”

“Very impressed with the decor and cleanliness.The place was exactly as pictured. The host left very detailed instructions on how to access the unit. Better directions on how to access the parking lot as well as the parking space slotted would not have fit a truck. We had to back into the lot in our SUV in order to fit in the space.”
