「Staff was very nice. Location was convenient, especially if you are looking spend time at Bass Pro. Breakfast was good. We were a bit underwhelmed with the room itself. I bet the rooms were very nice when they were first built, however the decor is starting to show it's age. The mattress was uncomfortable, the room lacked counter space (vanity top is very small for two people), could use another towel hook or rack in the bathroom so that two people have space. 「Overall, our stay was good, but I’m giving it three stars due to the noise. Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel.
A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This was especially frustrating since we were just passing through and...

「Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery.
All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went.」
