This will be my "go to" for my Springfield visits. I really felt comfortable here. It is a really nice spot. The apartment is bigger than a large hotel room and really felt homey. Great deal, great price! Loved it

Location is great for visiting the Lincoln home and other sites downtown. Some minor deferred maintenance but overall nice property and responsive host.

Nice but seating not so nice

It was a nice apartment close to down town . Seating in the living room wasn't the greatest . I sat at the kitchen table in the evenings . I did remember seeing it was a second floor apartment with stairs . But overall very nice a suited our needs .

Decent Place with New Furnishings, Comfortable Bed and Good Shower Pressure

It is in a good, fairly central location, the host seemed very nice & helpful and communication was good. The bed, pillows and bedding were great, we slept well. The setup/amenties were good, nice little kitchen and eating area, 2 nice tvs. The shower pressure was good. The finish work (paint, caulk, shower fixtures) in the apartment were very sloppy...overall not a big deal. It was a decent place to sleep for one night in a town where the hotels are expensive on the weekends and dont have great reviews. For some reason in the check in message from the host we were given a different code for the lock on the door then it actually was, thankfully he was onsite to give us the correct code when we arrived.
