Charming Downtown Boutique loft- located in the Historic River District

Beautiful, romantic and quaint, located in the heart of charming Historic downtown Ozark. It offers a glimpse of what Mayberry might look like today.
The loft is surrounded by numerous interesting boutiques and is located above the Market House Cafe and Bake Shop. Cafe which is currently closed. the address 113 N. 2nd St. Ozark, mo.

A bustling area by day, but quite and sleepy by night.
Built in the late 1800s, the building was extensively remodeled from 2012 to 2014, keeping the old time charm , but enhancing comfort and beauty. A comfy queen size bed, fully equiped kitchen, modern shower, surrounded by the natural brick walls. Very large screen tv, DVD player and Net flix is available, along with wifi. The wifi code is listed in the loft booklet.
Our city park is located on the banks of the Finley River, which is where a boat can be put in. There are lots of great rivers in the area, although they are typically slow moving, boat rentals are available.
Ozark is the County seat for Christian County.
It has seen emense growth in the last 10 years.
Located in the Ozark Mountains, The Mark Twain National Forest backs up to Ozark and surrounds the area.
Great local hiking is at the Busick state park just 8 miles south of Ozark. Beautiful wild flowers and creeks a great place for mushroom hunting and observing wildlife it's a relaxing getaway.
Ozark is 20 Miles north of Branson, and just 6 miles south of Springfield,
Appx. 70 miles from Eureka Springs , Ark.

Perfect weekend away

My daughter and I stayed here and went antiquing in Ozark and then a quick trip to Branson. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Very clean, convenient, and easy! I would highly recommend this loft to anyone that wants a little quiet weekend (or longer) away. Barbara was available if we needed her. We loved it!!

This was our first time staying at a VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. The beautiful location on the historic square was already decorated for Christmas and the Loft was cozy and welcoming. The Charming Loft became our home for five days in Ozark. Thank you to the owner for the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving.

Barbara was an amazing host! She was very attentive and personal with communication. The room was absolutely beautiful and you could tell that she put extra love into every detail…especially the bouquet of fresh flowers. This was a perfect stay for our getaway.

The weekend at the Loft

The loft was the perfect size for the two of us and we enjoyed the downtown location. It was within walking distance to a couple restaurants and stores, which was nice. The loft could have been cleaner as there was a broken shelf left in the bathroom and some cliutter left in the closet and some dust bunnies , etc.

Exceptional!

I loved my stay at your property! The loft apartment was lovely. Everything was well stocked and the view of the town square was charming. It was decorated very nicely and was easy to get in and out. I hope I can stay there again. The stairs are somewhat challenging as a person gets older but very sturdy and well lit.

Great little studio right on the main square - close to a coffee shop, breakfast place and an excellent Mexican restaurant - plus walking distance to Finley Farm. Well stocked kitchen if you chose to eat in. Very responsive owner.

Our little getaway

Although we were there for just one night, it was very comfy. When we first pulled up my husband was not to sure, but once we entered into the loft, he was amazed , and said baby you did amazing getting us a place to stay. Wish there would have been some coffee available, but that was ok we just went and got some. Wonderful place, very guite.

The Loft

My wife and I have stayed in both the front and back lofts and love them both. They are both lovely and located perfectly and are like being home while away from home. If you get the opportunity spend a day or two and find out for yourself. We will be back in February 2024.

Cute little loft

My teenage daughter and I stayed overnight here while we were in town visiting family. It was a perfect place for just the two of us. While we didn't use it much for more than just sleeping we very much enjoyed it. The decorations were nice and the bed was nice and soft. The loft overlooked the town square and since we stayed on a Saturday night it was nice and quiet Sunday morning. All in all this is somewhere I'd not hesitate to stay at if it was just me or me and my daughter or husband.

Cozy Mini-Getaway

Us two busy working parents needed a single night getaway within a reasonable driving distance from home that offered dining and shopping experiences. This was the first place we found and met all our requirements plus it was cute and creative. We are outside the box people, and this was an affordable and unique choice. Awesome!

Everything was great except we did have noisy neighbors one day/evening. We also would have liked the shower and bathroom vanity to be bigger, a light over the vanity and fan either over the bed or freestanding. The loft was very nice and clean. Even with our suggestions we would stay again!
